The Decision
The Council of Ministers adopted a decree defining UAE holidays in the public sector for the years 2019-2020, granting the private sector similar official 2020 holidays and a total of 14 official public_holidays, with the aim of enhancing the balance between the two sectors and supporting the national economy in its various sectors.
The decision will contribute to the organization of work in both the public and private sectors. To ensure its continued effectiveness in various vital sectors of the country, and enhance the attractiveness of the private sector and its citizens. The decision will also make it easier for citizens and residents to plan their vacations in advance and to strengthen and strengthen social ties between all sectors of society, both citizens and residents of the public and private sectors.
