The much-awaited rock band sensation finally arrives in Dubai. The Belarussian alternative rock band sets food in Dubai for their first concert in the UAE! As part of the PaRus music festival that begins on the 24th of March this year, the rock band Bi-2 (pronounced “Bee-dva”) will kick start the festival with their show.
