Procedure to Claim Insurance

To claim insurance, firstly you have to download insurance claim form from official Website ( https://www.omaninsurance.ae/ ) of Oman Insurance or you can download Oman Insurance claim form from here ( https://www.omaninsurance.ae/downloads?product=Health&productcategory=Individual ) as well. After download claim form, fill it with your personal details and submit online or through courier. Only one form for one person. For timely processing, you are requested to submitted form without any delay.

Keep a separate copy of claim form and original invoices with you. For any further necessary action in the future. To avoid rejections, review your application thoroughly.

Documents required for Insurance Claim

  • Original documents are required to claim insurance above AED 1,500.
  • Signed/stamped Claim Form with invoices.
  • For health insurance, medical test reports.
  • Documents must be translated either in English or Arabic for the settlement.
  • Insurance card copy of the Insurer.
